SHIPPING POLICY

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to your registered address. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized payment. After this, we will check inventory availability with our suppliers. Orders are typically shipped within 10 to 15 business days. However, delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors are beyond our control. Orders can only be canceled or refunded if the shipment is not delivered within 20 days of placing the order.

Damages

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging and contents of your item(s). If you notice any damages, report them immediately and document the damage with photos. Contact us with this evidence to process a refund or replacement. Refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

RETURN POLICY

If the wrong or damaged part is delivered, notify us right away. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION LABEL. Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving the product. Instructions for returning the item and the appropriate address will be provided during this process. Returns sent without proper authorization will not be processed.

For defective items, we will attempt to send a replacement first. If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued once the item is returned to us. Refunds will not include shipping charges unless the issue was caused by us. Items returned after the warranty period or due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong part) may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and deducted shipping costs.

Please confirm the correct part before placing an order. Refunds for items returned after 30 days from the delivery date will not be processed. For any further details, contact our support team.
